Bodybuilding is a combination of muscle building, diet and weight training routines. No matter how hard you train if you do not put the right foods in your body you won’t see results. I had to find this out the hard way; it was two years before anyone even told me that stuffing my mouth full of junk foods would not build muscle.The purpose of this site is to tell you the truth; to save you, the freshman or sophomore bodybuilder, the time, money and effort lost to incorrect training habits. To minimize the mistake you make at the gym and at the dinner table. I want to guide you away from all the mistakes I’ve made (and I made a lot of mistakes) so that you can feel confident in the gym and get the improvement you need as quickly as possible.
Why should you listen to me? Because I have over 25 years of bodybuilding experience. I have won contest like the Teenage Country Hill, and the Frankfurt Championships. I’ve won my weight class in the All Army Europe Bodybuilding Championships, and I was the New Jersey Classic winner and the winner of the Mid-Atlantic Competition. I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years and a trainer of competitive bodybuilders as well. I’ve been called by my friend the Buddha of bodybuilding (I’m built better than Buddha) and I wish to impart the wisdom of muscle to you.
What makes this site different?I have a gift, that gift is the ability to take the most complicated subject and simplify it for the layperson.
