Starting a Workout Plan Can Be Very Difficult

disclaimer

Without help a novice may find it difficult starting a workout plan on his own. There is no one to help him with what you should and should not do. This site takes the guess work out of body building. On this site you will learn the progressive resistance system , what it is and how to use it. You will understand the advantage of workout logs and how to use them to ensure progress in your workouts and diet. You will see and put into practice workouts on building mass and strength and workouts on cutting and diet. You will also get articles and advice for local trainers and bodybuilders.
But before you get started you need to first;
begining bodybuilding Get a Doctor’s OK, before Starting a workout plan. I don’t care how healthy you think you are, everyone needs to see his doctor first. Explain to him what your intentions are and he will guide you medically. If something I say contradicts his instruction, follow your doctor’s advice, not mine. One more time if something I say contradicts his (your doctor’s) instruction, follow your doctor’s advice, not mine. I will work with you if he says there things you should avoid but I will not take responsibility for you failing to follow his/her advice.

Commit yourself to three months doing the workout plan before making any judgments about whether it's working or not. The truth is, you're probably a bit impatient, and sculpting your physique takes time. I use the mirror as the indicator not the scale or the measuring tape I suggest that you don’t use these tools either, they only depress you. We will talk later about why I don’t like them.

Most of the time I see result in about 6 weeks, but some people take longer. Before you say this doesn’t work give it a chance, you will see results
Set small goals; a body building workout plan is a plan for slow success; don’t expect an inch of growth in a month. As a matter of fact set your goals around what you can do in the area weight, sets and reps, not what you measure.
Remember the reason you are starting a workout plan your goal is a body that looks and feel good not one the weighs some predetermined amount by some insurance company
